1. OPENING DAY
The ASEAN Youth Week Celebration aims to celebrate the advocacy-based initiatives of the ASEAN youths that were made throughout the year. As the opening day will be held physically; AYAN will prepare the most exciting celebration, fun & engaging activities, and impart friendly interactions between the participants and volunteers. On this particular day, we will encourage the youth to display their talents through performing arts and showcasing various ASEAN cultures. Day 1 will also promote the continuous advocacies of promoting Quality Education and in response, a donation drive will also be held.2. AYAN PHILIPPINES: GREEN HUB: Fundraising Workshop Series for Aspiring Gardeners
On the same day, the Green Hub: Fundraising Workshop Series for Aspiring Gardeners will also be launched. It is a physical event that aims to promote gardening to younger and interested people by selling the essential tools and starting kits for planting and creating their urban garden.3. AYAN THAILAND: HUMAN LIBRARY
Finally, we have the official launch of the Human Library Project. This is a simulation of a classical library in which the readers can come, borrow and interactively learn from a book made from real human experience. It will be a weekly online-based activity aiming to create an interactive learning experience from in-depth experience sharing by volunteers. The library aims to give readers a first-hand, direct experience on subjects of their interest. Our AYAN Thailand team acts as a "librarian" in providing online interactive books and using the “storytelling" method.
